Hand-made Chocolate football sits at the 50 yard line.      This is a blue marbled cake, topped with a baseball made of cake and covered in fondant.      A hand-drawn White Chocolate motorcycle (double sided) sits on top of this cake surrounded by buttercream flames.      A UT "sweatshirt" placed inside a white chocolate gift box. Everything is edible except for the tissue paper--which I was planning to make of fondant/gum paste, but ran out of time.

 

Thomas the Tank Engine, hand drawn in buttercream then placed onto tracks. All decorations buttercream. All colors, Thomas, clouds, Two-tone blue stripes on side of cake a red pin stripe match the party napkins.      This Elmo cake is decorated with buttercream icing, including announcement poster.      All buttercream decrations hand drawn. Fuzzy Elmo reads the birthday sign hanging on the Sesame Street street sign.      Waving Elmo says Happy Birthday. All buttercream

 

Buttercream iced "package" with royal icing polka dots and bow.      Buttercream dinosaurs with footprints surounding the cake.      A chocolate chip and peanut butter cookie--delicious! Star Wars characters were provided by customer      This cake was for a group birthday party-youth through adults. The candles are made from white chocolate.

 

This cake was for a dual birthday party--SpideMan and Spirit: Stallion of the Cimmaron. Everything is made of buttercream. The left and back side of the cake is laced with a black spiderweb.            Stawberry Shortcake      Strawberry Shortcake surrounded by cupcake flowers

 

This cake was for a dual birthday party. The top picture is a recreation of one of the child's drawings (model shown above); the Dora was for his sister. All drawn in buttercream.      "Cinderella's Castle" This is a carved cake, estimated to serve about 30. It is iced in buttercream with fondant turrets, stairway, entry, and flags. Adult Birthdays

 

           The Monogram topping this cake is made of royal icing. The cake is decorated with Autumn tones and Fresh Flowers.      The fish is carved white cake covered with fondant and air brushed. Fondant pieces and buttercream icing are used to create splashes--The one that got away!

      Birthday package cake iced with buttercream in fall colors. The bow is made of royal icing as well as the fall leaves and acorns.      This was a layered 18"x24" cake with multicolored buttercream icing, striped to mimic wrapping paper. Bow is made from royal icing with fondant ribbon and a white chocolate gift tag.      This cake is buttercream with royal icing bow, all dusted with edible gold glitter.

 

      Green and ivory colored buttercream stripes mimic wrapping paper, with a royal icing bow.           

 

This is an Italian Cream cake decorated with cream cheese icing, textured to resemble a Round Bale (hay). Topped with white chocolate candles.             This is a strawberry cake, carved as nothing other than a fresh Strawberry!      This peanut butter cake is iced with multi-toned chocolate buttercream for a marbled look.

This is a chocolate cake iced in chocolate buttercream, coated with chocolate ganache, and topped with fresh strawberries and chocolate filigree.
